Riverside Walk

The Zion Canyon Road ends at the Temple of Sinewava where the wonderful one mile long Riverside Walk starts. This paved path follows the Virgin River and is perfect for anyone, including those in a wheelchair. It is a very popular trail, so expect to have some company.

The further up you go, the walls continue to close in giving you an idea of the scale of the place while wonderful hanging gardens smile at you from the cool of the walls. One mile in, the trail ends when it reaches the Virgin River and The Narrows hike begins. If not hiking The Narrows, turn around here for a nice, pleasant two mile trip.
